Mother's Day is a very special day to honor your Mother.  In the United States--Mother's Day falls on the 2nd Sunday in May.  Many countries also celebrate this day--all though some countries host their own special day to honor mothers throughout the year.

      Mother is the person who fixed our boo boos, and gave us the much needed hugs when we needed them the most.  Mother is the person who needs to be honored and shown how much she is appreciated--often more than she is.  She is the one who has given us the unconditional love and support and been there when we needed her the most.

      What do we give this special person in our lives??  No matter how small or expensive a gift may be--it is always the thought that counts.  Whether it is a meaningful card, a gift basket, flowers, dinner or jewelry--show her you care .
